Mike and Matt have been friends for years and both had dreams of home brewing. They never shared these dreams until one day Mike bought a homebrew kit online and was telling Matt about his brewing experience. From that point on, the two decided to start brewing together and they quickly developed a passion for brewing quality beers. In March of 2020, they went into business together establishing Irreverent Servants Brewing Company. Irreverent because they both generally show a lack of respect for things that are generally taken seriously, and servants because of Mike's service in the United States Marine Corps and Matt's service in the Fire Department.

Mike and Matt are dedicated to making quality beers that are drinkable from top to bottom. They like brewing many different styles and introducing non-beer drinkers to the craft beer industry.
